Terms of Service

Iris invites members to in-person gatherings hosted by partner brands. Membership is free and by invitation. We text you about gatherings. You can leave whenever you like.

You must be 18 or older. Requesting an invitation does not guarantee one; guest lists are composed by hand and places are limited. Give us accurate details, and keep your mobile number current so invitations reach you.

By joining you agree to receive text messages from Iris about gatherings and your membership. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Come as you said you would, or let us know if plans change. Treat other guests, hosts, and venues well. We may end a membership for conduct that makes a room worse for the people in it. Gatherings are photographed; see our Privacy Policy.

What you tell us about other members is held in confidence and used to shape future invitations. Do not share other guests' details outside a gathering. Discretion is part of how Iris works.

Membership is free. Partner brands fund the gatherings. If a specific gathering ever carries a cost, we will say so plainly before you accept.

We run Iris with care but cannot promise gatherings will never change or be cancelled, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Iris is provided as-is, and our liability is limited to the extent the law allows. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Reply STOP to any message, or write to hello@irisci.ai and we will remove you. We may end a membership at our discretion.

If these terms change we will update the date above and, where the change is significant, tell members directly.
